Return Eligibility

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise stated).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please provide photos for verification.

Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer (unless caused by a defect).

  • Sale items, customized, or personalized products (unless they have quality issues).

Return Procedure

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Approval: We will review and respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return eligibility.

  3. Return Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed return guidelines.

  4. Ship Back: Please send the item back within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and share the tracking number with us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • For returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply for any returns.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

  • How to Cancel: Contact customer service with your order number to request cancellation.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item according to our return policy after delivery.
